These Terms govern your use of the Commercial Property Development Finance website and our finance-arrangement service. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you accept these Terms.

Our role

We are a finance arranger and introducer. We are not a lender and we do not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice. We introduce developers to lenders and capital partners and help structure and place funding. Any finance is provided by, and on the terms of, the relevant lender.

No offer of finance

Information on this website, including indicative rates, loan-to-cost figures, loan-to-gross-development-value figures, terms and example structures, is illustrative only. It varies by lender, scheme and borrower and does not constitute an offer of finance or a commitment to lend.

Regulatory status

Commercial Property Development Finance is a trading name of Lenzie Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 08174104, registered office Lynch Farm, Kensworth, Dunstable, LU6 3QZ. Commercial property development finance arranged for business and experienced-developer borrowers is unregulated lending and falls outside the Financial Conduct Authority's regulated mortgage perimeter. We are a finance arranger and introducer, not a lender, and we do not provide financial, legal or tax advice. Indicative terms, rates and loan-to-cost figures are illustrative, vary by lender, scheme and borrower, and are not an offer of finance. Where a transaction would require FCA authorisation we refer it to a regulated firm.

Accuracy of information

Market data shown on location pages is drawn from public sources, including HM Land Registry price-paid data and local-authority planning records, and is provided for general context. It may not be current or complete and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision.

Liability

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
